Chief engineer no limitations

A Chief Engineer who is land based would be responsible for all parts of the asset performance in industrial, commercial, institutional and government buildings. The candidate will need to have a strong sense of both maintenance and construction practices. Schematic and blueprint readings, the understanding of building codes or state, federal and local governments are usually a prerequisite.
