Oil Mop, LLC Changes Name to OMI Environmental Solutions

Oil Mop, LLC (USA) is to operate under the new name of OMI Environmental Solutions. Oil Mop is an oil spill response company and over 40 years in business. Oil Mop has assisted with the clean up of some of the largest oil spills and disasters in the USA. Rebranding to OMI Environmental Solutions will convey the breadth and depth of the services available more appropriately.

 

 

OMI Environmental Solutions’ president and CEO, Shaw Thompson said that with the company’s expansion, they found the name Oil Mop limited the perception the customers have concerning the various services and products. By offering more than just oil spill response, the company will utilise its resources to respond with solutions for any type of spill or haz-mat response situation, industrial service, standby rescue, waste management and disposal service, and transportation service. With safety always first and foremost at OMI Environmental Solutions, the company also offers safety, compliance and training services on line, on site or off site.

 

OMI Environmental Solutions currently has offices in 11 cities across Louisiana and Texas, but can respond with teams anywhere to provide solutions regardless of where or when the next challenge arises.
