Unique Acquires Seaflex

Unique Maritime Group has recently completed the acquisition of Seaflex Ltd. Headquartered in the Isle of White, UK, Seaflex specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of subsea air lift bags, inflatable buoyancy units, WaterLoad test weights, cable and pipeline buoyancy, lifeboat testing ballast bags, yacht fenders and yacht racing marks.
The acquisition of Seaflex is a strategic fit for UniqueMaritime Group as it looks to capitalise on new growth opportunities and furtherstrengthen its market position in the offshore oil and gas sector.
Seaflex Ltd will continue to operate under the same name andGraham Brading will take on the role as managing director.
