Success for Teledyne Odom Hydrotrac II

In July 2011 Teledyne Odom Hydrographic celebrated the shipment of the 100th Hydrotrac II single-beam echo sounder. The Hydrotrac II was introduced to the market in January 2011 and ever since then it has been flying off the shelves. The successor of the Hydrotrac I exemplifies the precise, dependable and portable echo sounder that has been proven for over ten years, adding functionality to meet growing demands from the customers. 

Teledyne Odom's Asia Pacific sales manager Rick Easson commented, "All over Asia, we have seen great success in selling the Hydrotrac II into areas we typically haven't sold into before. The new features, such as Ethernet communication, and low cost have allowed customers to gain access to a truly modern, survey-grade echo sounder that previously wasn't available in that part of the world." Additional sales to Europe and the USA just show just how well the Hydrotrac II has been accepted by both new and existing customers.
