Stema Shifts Survey to Belgium Firm

Stema Systems, supplier of hydrographic and oceanology related measurement systems, is currently a business unit of Stema Survey Services BV. However, the survey contracting business unit is to be separated from the system activities and transferred to the Belgian survey company Geo.XYZ International Surveys. The transfer will take effect in 2011. In the transition period the contact persons will remain unchanged. 

Stema Survey conducts hydrographic and offshore positioning services. In practise, the combination of the systems and survey businesses prevented both units to develop as expected.

 

GeoXYZ is an independent company, specialised in hydrographic and topographic surveys. Services are provided to local authorities, the dredging, marine construction, off-shore industries, consulting companies and research centres. GeoXYZ have a professional highly-specialised staff base using advanced technologies and survey systems. It has a strong growth ambition in Western Europe's inland and offshore waters. The transfer of Stema Survey to GeoXYZ strengthens their position within the Dutch market.
