PDM Neptec to Enter Supply Chain Programme

PDM Neptec is committed to the Aerospace, Defence and Security industries' programme Supply Chains for the 21st Century (SC21). This is a stringent business improvement programme focusing on quality, supply and customer relationships, with the aim of achieving supply chain excellence throughout the UK's aerospace, defence and security industries. 

 

Formally nominated to join SC21 in late 2010 by Thales, PDM is undertaking an audited recognition process that will reflect the contribution and commitment of its supply chain, and benefit all customers. Being part of SC21 gives PDM the opportunity to network with other leading companies in the aerospace, defence and security sector, including the UK Ministry of Defence, in a coordinated effort to improve the industry's supply chain.

 

PDM's commitment to quality is well established, having commenced with BS5750 in 1993, and achieving ISO 9001 registration in 1999. It is therefore no surprise to learn that the company is currently undertaking SC21 to complement its excellent quality management systems.
