As part of the continued development of its Sales and Support Division, Swathe Sales & Support UK has secured distributor status for Oceanscience products within Norway, Sweden, Denmark, The Netherlands and Belgium, in addition to its existing arrangements for the UK and Northern Ireland.  

The company is initially focusing on the supply of the revolutionary UnderwaySV Profiler that provides accurate speed of sound profiles from a moving vessel in a cost effective and environmentally friendly way. The UnderwaySV has undergone rigorous trials in recent months proving its robustness and accuracy in depths ranging from 15m-1,000m. With the incorporation of the Valeport RapidSV Probe, the complete system offers the most cost effective and efficient sound profiling solution available to the survey industry at this time.

 

Swathe Services has the expertise and experience to provide full technical support, servicing and training within Europe. The inclusion of the UnderwaySV within its rental pool coupled with a team of experienced hydrographic surveyors enables the company to offer a complete package of services to its clients', whatever the size of job.

 

Swathe Services will be carrying out demonstrations of the UnderwaySV in Plymouth and Aberdeen during April, in conjunction with the OceanScience Group and Valeport.
