Call for Papers: Hydro12

Hydrographic Society Benelux (HSB) is to organise the conference Hydro12 from 13th to 15th November 2012 on board the luxurious steam ship Rotterdam that is permanently moored in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The Content Committee has issued a Call for Papers, inviting professionals to share their experiences. Deadline for submission is 28th February 2012. 

Depending on the own preference of the presenters and the decisions of the Hydro12 Content Committee, presentations will be either as an oral presentation or as a poster. Contributions from young people (including students) and developing countries are especially encouraged.

 

Papers that relate to the conference theme "Taking care of the sea" are especially invited. A detailed description of the theme is provided on the conference website.

 

Your paper should deal with at least one of the following topics: innovations in acquisition techniques; subsea positioning; innovations in processing techniques; smart data management; easy customer access to data and products; careful marine planning; cost-effective solutions; geophysics of the marine environment; vertical references; accurate hydrodynamics; hydrography in the Benelux region and the hydrographic profession.
